March forward peeps, it's already March!

Gosh, March! How could it be March already? This is actually the first post in 2022. Wow, and a quarter of the year gone? Just like that?

Bought these adorable tees from Shopee...they were made of a nice lightweight dri-fit material

I love the beautiful splash of colours... gor gor has grown quite a bit

Jie at the award ceremony. Mr Balakrishnan asked Papa if he knew Xun was getting two awards. When Papa asked him which award was better, he said the leadership one as fewer people got it.

Christmas party with the extended family

Birthday celebration with our alternative siblings

Jun's birthday

Yes, Mei turned 3. Bought an affordable cream cake from Bengawan solo, ha spent only $21.

Someone misunderstood and thought papa had 5 kids... gosh

Jie's birthday

Tong's birthday

The two love each other to bits...

Would be fun to watch this pair grow up and go out together in future...people probably mistake them to be a couple

\

Jie finally made one of the craft animal using the kit Uncle Zack and Aunt Mel gave

Friends came to visit. Had a blast.

Sleeping shots of the little beauty...ermm...rather dishevelled girl

more sleeping posts...peace in the world

An old photo...

Our favourite baby photo of Jun

Met some old old friends for dinner...

Ha the special dessert

Caught up with another old friend

OOOo look at the matching designs on their tees

Tong and Jun no longer wear matching tees.. but Mei and Jun love to do so now

Murals at Bangkit

Pastoral scene...ah...when could we travel again

Wish we could go to Taiwan with the cousins someday!

\

See what the naughty Mei had done...

First day of school for Jun

Yay recess time

Papa bought me a new LV bag. haha...Very expensive. a few weeks later, the price went up by a few hundred dollars!

Wish they would remain so intimate and loving forever

Meaningful paragraph..Every day is the best day in the year...

Oooo our alternative siblings came over to play. Uncle Zack bought a 1000-pc puzzle for Tong and thought he would love it. Nay, the adults ended up piecing it together...did it for a few hours but they managed to do it. It is now on the wall, all framed and dandy...

Oh, Papa and his littlest lover

Caught an artist in action in Chinatown

Went to have dinner at Chinatown Point

Oh, how cute they were

Tong's class won this recycling box design contest. Cute, I must say.

Oh, Xiaoshu, Xiaoshen and Ah Ma got covid so we could not go over during CNY. Being very socially responsible, we isolated ourselves at home and could only go around the home taking some festive photos.

Matching CNY wear

and lo hei at home lor

Oh, we bought this gigantic and costly candy floss at Plaza. A waste of money.

But they liked it.

Oooo a family photo shoot with Uncle Alex. It was fun.

Uncle Alex called Tong "Howling Wind" ...Tong was tickled pink.

Mei was very cooperative at the beginning but was rather whiny and did not want to continue later on. She was all weepy and pouty in the later photos.

Fetched gor from school...Mei said he had to hold on to Gege to protect him

Went to Swensens to redeem the free birthday meals...

My darling Tong has grown up, more mature now...very helpful and agreeable...i guess it was partly because he was chosen to be the class monitor and he was stepping up to the role nicely...

A ray of sunshine and a dash of rainbow in the house

She bought an expensive bag in Smiggle, the LV of the kids' stationery world...it was $50! but $35 after the discount. Phew. She has been taking it everywhere. Very flashy, very vain. She puts her mask, little book, water bottle, packet of strawberry biscuits and sunglasses in it.

She used the ang bao money from Ah Ma to buy this Peppa Pig toy. Mei was cute. When we sang the tune of Peppa Pig, she would reply by snorting like a pig.

the lurking lunatic in the wee hours

Sigh, Mei has been going to sleep in the wee hours as usual...on some nights, Gege would come out too

Ah memories...

Look at the way they sleep...gosh..taken at Marzuki, and I would be pushed to one tiny corner...gosh...my poor aching body

Old photos...Hello To Mei Mei

Oh our cute chubby one. That day, I teased her and asked her to give me back my baby mei mei. I asked her who she was and she said she did not know. ha

See how much they have grown

A really old present I got from Uncle Chye...Gosh...some 15 years? The paper is still pristine white!

So...yes...rather haphazard way of writing this post....Yes...We have survived a term of school. The kids had a whale of a time with the triplets today. We went to the seed playground at the invitation of the the bosses to aid them in doing filming promotional materials. Then we went to Fat Cat, had dinner at the food court, the usual fried teriyaki chicken rice....the Chinese T actually cancelled the class at the last minute, so the big ones did not need to go for tuition and came over to play till 9pm.

When asked what her favourite part of the day was, Mei answered blissfully, "Playing with the triplets". How lovely to have family.
