We refurbished our very first home and it looked beautiful like how it looked like when we first moved in. We had had a really good corporate client who was a contractor and they gave us a friendship price and painted the entire house, even our superbly high ceiling.
Well the kids quite liked the place too..Who knows? Maybe we would move back to Potong Pasir someday? It was a sleepy town when we first lived there but it had since transformed into a bustling and exciting place with a mall right in front of our HDB block. Heh...well God was really good. We secured a really good rental price for this tenancy. We hoped the new tenants loved the place as much as we did and would take care of it.
