The last bit of 2018...

So we were thrown into a whirlwind of activities once we were back. First up - check up at Thomson. Heh...all was well. Mei mei was growing beautifully. heh mama tried to sign up for the Thomson membership and was amused that I had to indicate the number of pregnancy I was having...

Celebrated ah Gong's birthday on Dong Zhi, the day of reunion with family...

Jun attended Sunday school as he wanted to get a Christmas present from the church.

Went for longkang Fishing at Qian Hu Aquarium with Er Yi's family...

The funny dude who chuckled merrily whenever he was half naked and exclaimed that he was ah gong! Ha, we told him to do it when he was with Ah Gong and Ah Gong was so amused.

The littlest one got his own farecard and tag!

Not content with meeting the cousins once for the entire school holiday, we invited our cousins to come over just before school reopened.

The two youngest ones played in the room while the older ones were engrossed in the PS4 games.

Party at San Yi's house. It was the eve of New Year. Oh my...one year had flown by...

Gambling

Er Yi commented that she browsed through the photos we took on eves over the past few years and it seemed like mama was pregnant in many of the photos...oh my oh my...

Playing...check out the boys' matching tees

Yeah...but this would definitely be our last baby! well...I did not think I could go through yet another pregnancy...already, I did not feel as agile and efficient as I normally was, and definitely not as energetic as I was for the earlier pregnancies...

Er Yi bought this DIY colouring bag kit for Xun. We were stunned at how beautiful the colours turned out! It was as if they were printed on the bag!

The first sumptuous dinner for the new year.

I still could not believe that we actually finished 10 dishes!

First day of school! Our little Tong was all grown-up.

It seemed to go well for the first two days. On the third day, Tong lamented that school felt so long. It was such a long time before he could finally have recess. He missed his friends, the food and teachers at Arise. He did not seem to recall any of his friends' names... oh dear.. mama hoped that he would adapt to the new routine quickly...

Oh our jie was all eager and elated to go back to school

The good thing was mama heard that Tong tong got a really good teacher who could be strict but was greatly loved by her ex- students, especially the boys... hahah

I had to go to work as it was a Wed. Here was Tong on a call to me, telling me how the first day had gone. Aiyo, so unkempt. And he spilt milo on his pristine shirt. Faint.

While mama was at work, papa took the kids to the zoo! He had taken the day off and was flying to the UK the next day.

There was a new theme at the zoo so the kids had a blast.

It seemed like papa got through the day fine with the three rascals...heh...

So...yup...back to the grind of everyday life...rushing to sleep before 9 so that you would have ample rest...we hoped that the new year would be even more glorious! Mama just went for the Vision Sunday today and it was declared as the Year of the Latter Rain. It would be a year of harvest, showers of blessings and an intimate walk with God.
