A few years ago, we got this nauseatingly bright pink Christmas tree for jie and she was barely as tall as the tree! Ha, we could not put up the tree this year as Mei would probably topple it. I was thinking of getting a new tree and baubles after Christmas! Time for a new tree.
Ok random post I saw on FB.
She loved to chew on paper, plastics and baby teething husks that tasted like cardboard.
routine with papa, nap time during the third service every Sun. Papa would bring her out and sing "Wheels on the bus" till she calmed down and snoozed...
Gardens by the Bays
Trees beautifully decked with festive baubles

Famous Norwegian sights
The kids asked about going to a winter country for skiing next year...probably Japan
This was really cute. How cute that the deer have departure and arrival timings!
A little gnome with a red cap
Yay finally a family photo
Tong took this for us...hmmm ok
Xun definitely was more adept at it
Such a cute scene. A choir of elves? Gnomes?
Look at Jun's exaggerated gesture and wide mouth
Went to Satays by the Bays for dinner. Yum Yum.
Tsum Tsum River Escapade at River Safari
Loved all these cute set-ups. They made great photo spots.
There were game stalls during the weekends but not the weekdays, what a pity.
Photo taking along the way
Ah...how could one resist inflatables.
Went for the animal show
I did not know that a capybara could be so big!
More dramatic photos
My adorable "precious moment" figurine with bambi eyes
The one who liked to pose
Jun liked the shimmering lights on the ground, he was always fascinated by them.
Loved the outing!
The zoo had a new exhibit.
Tong took a look at the display and claimed that it was a terror bird. I was shocked to discover that he was indeed right. Gasp. He said he read about it.
The land of gargantuan animals. Really an eye opener.
Imagine if we had lived in those times!
Glad we caught this new exhibit.
An interactive game whereby they could take a photo and paint an animal and the images were sent to the screen...
So glad for modern comforts
Told jie to flick her hair so we could have this picture of her hair flying in motion....what a beauty
Caught the orang utan swinging from the suspended net
iguanas lounging in the sun
espied a little bird
Pool at Bukit Panjang Cashew CC
Finally, the renovation was over.
Had a short dip, it was not terribly fun and it started to drizzle.
Went to Timezone while waiting for Xun to have her ballet exam at City Square Mall. Tong tried his hand at this claw machine and actually won a bundle at his first attempt!
Some 200 tickets!
And henceforth, he liked to try those "jackpot" kind of machines whereby he could "gamble" and win more tickets. He had been talking about going back to Timezone to play the claw machines recently.
As I wrote this, we had come back from the Taiwan trip and it was already mid December. Where had all the time gone to?
