Well, the kids go for this weekly enrichment class at SAA Discovery Centre at the old Bukit Timah Fire Station. It is only $20 per pax for 2 hours of songs, stories, snacks, craft and learning. It is very convenient for us to take the bus down and beloved ah Gong will fetch us back :) Ah Gong really adores the kids and he has been such a tremendous help, ferrying us all over the island. Well, it certainly saves us lots of taxi fares and waiting time. Ah Ma says Ah Gong is utterly biased for he will fly down to fetch us at last minute's notice while he will nag at her if she wants him to fetch her for errands. *laugh* See, he even made them a trishaw.

Tong woke up really early today and was super grumpy during the lesson, whining and breaking down at the slightest provocation. Oh, did I tell you how we encountered a harrowing monkey incident once? We alighted from the bus and saw a monkey on the pavement. Coincidentally, I was holding a banana peel in my hand. The quick-witted *haha* me threw it in the other direction, hoping that the monkey would go after it. It did and realised it was just the peel and came back to Xun Xun and grabbed her precious bear. I thank God that Xun was holding it tightly and the monkey did not tug too hard. I would not know what to do if the silly monkey took it. *Aghast*. I carried both Xun and Tong and stomped away from the monkeys. Since then, Xun has been slightly insecure when we take public transport, always anxious for me to hold her hand when we board and alight. OH well...
So Tong came home today after class and took a 2-hour nap from 1-3pm and woke up to his usual chirpy self. However, that totally ruined our usual schedule for all 3 of us usually napped at 4ish. Xun did not nap for the whole day, Tong missed his second nap too and both are zonked out now at 10pm. A rare occurrence. They always sleep and wake up late. It fits our lifestyle, we like to bring them for dinners and groceries shopping on "Family night" so we do not mind. Well, since they both don't attend school, it does not affect them at all.
So...since the day was balmy and Xun was not gonna nap, we went to play, as usual.

| They love to run up and down the ramp. |
 |
| And splash in puddles. We bought a pair of rain boots for Xun and she can't for the rain to come. |

So there, little precious ones, Mummy prays that the Lord watches over you and grants you wisdom, protection and favour, that you would know that He loves you so much all the days of your lives. Amen.
