Christmas Day

 I do not know why Iphone likes to mess with me by rearranging my photos all the time so they do not tell the story chronically...I cant recall where we took this...hmmm at the zoo I think? Oh yes, we signed up for the family membership again. haha

This was the second time Tong saw this cardboard cutout and he mentioned that it looked like Auntie A again. So I took a photo and sent it to her. She told me to thank Tong for the compliment. 

Ah Hello Kitty fan here...but one of the cartoon parts dropped and I made a mess when trying to glue it back so we had to throw this pair away

Oh Xiaoyi's company gave them this mushroom growing kit. Nothing happened in the first few days and then they suddenly BLOOMED. And it was most weird. They did not seem so abundant in the morning but became a huge cluster in the afternoon, it was as if they were growing bigger every minute!

Gave them to Waipo who said they tasted yummy!

Met up with old old friends...oh....now that I am 40, I feel I have hit another milestone. Physically (ah the onset of 'old flower eyes'), emotionally (I don't take nonsense lying down as much now...), mentally...(still reading a lot of non-fiction books and growing)...but i do feel I have grown a lot and...am excited to keep growing...

Here we were at the food court at the zoo which sold really exorbitant food. Had dinner and headed to Night Safari.

Setting up a store and selling things...talking about selling things...recently tong tong had taken to selling the old toys, pokemon cards on carousell. GOSH. He bought some modified Pokemon cards and caught real powerful ones and wanted to sell them on carousell to earn more money to get stronger ones and so on....enterprising? quite. obsessed? definitely.

Stayover at our place! First time ever having guests stay over. They said IT WAS FUN.

Went to the arcade aft Mei's gym class on a Thursday...just a few days to Christmas and a week plus to reopening of school..I can't wait...

OUT WITH aunt shuping's sons on another day. Well. we definitely visit the arcades quite a fair bit. I think some might think I am too chill for a mum...my kids' days seem to be inundated with mere frivolous fun...but...eh...I do make them do some work at times..not a lot...i guess.. .it is time to be more disciplined when school starts

Passed by this super expensive bouncy castle event at Suntec as we were on our way to the Art Science Museum. Nay...tooooo costly.

Well, the holidays are coming to an end. Thank goodness. I would like to have my quiet and saner days back. 

And... it is Christmas once again. Daddy God. the world we knew has been radically changed. Mask-wearing, social-distancing, meeting up in small groups. We miss travelling overseas, having all the big family gatherings...Daddy God...when will things revert to those days?
