Ah ha, so FB reminded me of a post I put on exactly 5 years ago, oh my, the chubby little jie jie...arghhhhhh.
jie and mama were in matching floral dresses, and off we went to mama's ex-boss' wedding at a church in Woodlands. papa dropped us off and had to go off to Botanic Gardens as he had a company event there.
bought this dress for jie jie last year but she did not want to wear it as it was too loose, the vainglorious one liked snug fitting clothes. mama could wear this as a normal dress, and was glad she could still wear it as a maternity dress too, ha all these A line dresses were so versatile.
After the church wedding, ah gong came to fetch us to Jayron's birthday party at Bukit Batok CDANS.

Aunt Val's friend volunteered to do painting for the kids, really prettily done.
the function room was just next to an indoor playground, so it was really cool, the kids were there most of the time. Ha, two daddies and one grand daddy supervising the munchkins in different corners of the room.

After the party, we went to the bowling alley.

Biao jiu was sooo patient with the kids, teaching them how to aim and roll the ball down the alley
while biao jiu went to play for his own game, xiao biao gu took over. ha
eh, i did not know why tong loved to squat to watch his ball roll down the alley

while Jayron blissfully slept through all the ruckus
Tong unwrapped his enormous lollipop and all the children came flocking over
all as hungry as wolves seemingly ...oh my
papa came to join us after his event and brought us pop corn and Ben&Jerry's ice cream. Yum.
Tong got bored of the bowling game soon and was loitering at the arcade
ha, as the children took too long a time, the game was terminated before they could complete their 10 rounds.

After bowling, the families with kids went on to JJ's house for yet another round of playing...oh, the kids stayed in the playroom while the adults relaxed and watched trashy shows in Uncle ZH's room. Yeh, so carefree, we did not have to watch over the small ones ANYMORE. well...till mama's baby timothy came...I should just nuah as much as I could now. ha.
Yes, another celebration had ended. Now for the actual day...
