LEGOLAND
We did not get to go to Penang as Papa contracted Covid. We headed to Legoland instead. It was all nice and dandy at first, the jam was not too bad, the park was not too crowded but it poured in the late afternoon, seriously a downpour. We checked out the new Miniland.

took mei's favourite ride... and managed to catch the roller coaster just before it started raining. Boy, was it thrilling because it started raining while we were on the ride and the final journey to the platform was excruciatingly slow so we sat in the rain for quite a while! The ride was closed after that. Yay, we were so lucky.
Went to our favourite restaurant to eat the delicious Japanese food
Met up with Youyou and Yanjie to have fun at Airzone in the afternoon before playing for an hour at the indoor playground and finally ending it with a splash at Cashew Swimming Pool. Gosh, these kids never ran out of energy.

Mama also caught up with old friends. I realised why I never looked good in photos. Papa's friend was sharing his experience about taking wedding photos in Japan and the photographer commented that he always angled his face too high, as a result of wearing spectacles...
ah, TADA, so now I made it a point to look downwards, and the costly laser treatments had paid off, so I was having a nice V-shaped face again...
Mei went to Dr Ng for the review check-up. All cleared!

LOL though Tong did not think he did too well in the exams, he did indeed do well enough to be in the top 25%!

AH... our little baby who was growing up so fast
She went for a trial class and fell in love with ballet. We signed up on the spot...the costume cost a bomb. That silly tulle skirt was $38. Would you believe it? Her ballet teacher was Gayle's favourite teacher currently.
