(15 Nov 13 Fri) Macs at Ridout

So papa was clearing his leave and you kids were up bright and early. Well, recently, tong had been waking up at 8ish and when he woke up, he made sure the rest of the family did too. Since there was some time before mama had to go and work, we went to a picturesque place for comfort food - Macs at Ridout!

Quaint and remote...

You got this toy from the Taiwan trip. I was taken by you taking photos of the  lovely surroundings.

Got you to take photos of the lovelies so I could take a good photo of you.
Tong looked so cute cuddling all the little ones...I wondered if you would be keeping these toys with you for life...well...mama still kept her chou chou ji ji. Ha...
Prior to eating, we checked out the playground, which was the reason why I chose this place. I thought you might enjoy having somewhere to chill out at. A pity, both of you did not take to this playground.

But you were delighted with the turtle pond! It was kinda rustic and tranquil to just look at the turtles climb onto one another so they could dry in the sun and shoving one another into the water. Ha.

Before leaving, you exclaimed you wanted a photo with Mr Macdonald! Ha, there was a pool of water in his groin, quite yucky, dunch you think?

Wai po found out that papa was on leave and raised her eyebrow and questioned why papa was not taking care of his own kids then. hahaha...wai po practised tough love, she always stated that children are the parents' responsibilities...while mama's friends got to still go out to meet friends, attend concerts, have parties...wai po never allowed mama that luxury. ha...well...I always told papa that I would not offer to take care of your kids, even if you beseeched me, I would insist you needed to do part time coz I did not want to be bound down by grand kids! Or perhaps papa could help you take care while mama went for her spa sessions. Ooooo bliss.

Love you two, ha, but your kids are YOUR responsibilities.
