Mama chanced upon this fantastic deal on Deal.com.sg. 8 lessons of dance and movement for 2-4 year-old for only $30! What was delightful was that the lesson was half an hour long, you had to bring a little bear along and we could sit in until you were comfortable with staying there on your own.
Mama had been scouring for good classes for both of you, but the age requirement was frequently 4yr old and above. That day, I just mentioned to your papa that it would be so fun when tong turned 4, there would be so many exciting activities we could go for! For the time being, Mama was rhapsodic to find the Melody Bear dance class...

It took awhile to find the Pek Kio CC. It was newly furnished and looked spick and span. We registered and waited. They were really considerate, there were tables and chairs and tubs of lego bricks for little ones to fritter the time away...
Time for lesson! Xun, you took a long while to warm up to the previous teacher at Crestar while you were two plus. However, you had grown and blossomed, you took to the class like a fish to water. Eager to answer questions, quick to follow instructions, you exhibited leadership by instructing the roaming tong tong to follow you and listen.

I thought tong was a really intrepid little explorer. He was barely two (turning 2 in 3 months) and he had no qualms following you to the middle of the classroom, away from daddy and mummy. I recalled how he went to the stage with you at that Littlest Pet Shop performance at United Sq....I supposed he was more gutsy would be ready for school earlier!
Opps, I wanted a photo and took a video instead. Had intended to take a video but was stopped by T Fay, no photo taking. Ha.
Xun, you whined when we had to go. You enjoyed yourself so thoroughly that you clamored that you wanted to come back every week! Ha, I thought we would sign up for more lessons after these 8 ended. They offered very good prices, the facilities were modern and T Fay was great. So glad mama sniffed such a good bargain. To top it off, it was at a really convenient timing. After dance, papa would drive mama to church at MBS and you two would nod off in the car....
Looking forward to the dance classes!
