Today was the RSAF's 45th anniversary family day, and daddy managed to secure some tickets to visit the event... it was essentially a truncated Singapore Airshow, with only the RSAF exhibits on display. Well, we still had tonnes of fun and took quite a number of photos... Daddy also took some photos off his friends' Facebook pages, since their shots were very nicely done heh.
We had first dips on the Singapore Airshow 2014! even though it was only a RSAF preview heh.
The main event... seems like the Chief of Air Force was there in the morning, but oh well, we only had the PM tickets. PM tickets suited us just fine, since the little rascals wouldn't wake up early enough to join the morning crowd haha
Guess what was the first sight that greeted us? Rows upon rows of the sponsored BMWs!

on to the RSAF static displays.. mostly aircraft pictures, didn't take any photos actually so had to grab them off my friends' pages. unfortunately only the aircraft are attractive, not many people want to take pictures of the GBAD systems... The F-15SG, the pride of the RSAF.

ok, that was the last of the pictures. many pictures were missed, but the kids really enjoyed themselves. While Tong was sleeping, Xun and daddy went to try our hands at the carnival games.. and we won 2 prizes! haha. and daddy would have wanted the kids to take photos with the GBAD weapon systems, particularly those that I am trained on. unfortunately time ran out, and it was an awfully hot day. not ideal for walking in the outdoors haha. oh well, I'm sure there will be other opportunities! ok, tata for now!
