(25 Jan 4 Sun) Uncle Alvin and Aunt Adeline's wedding

Ah ha, we shifted the lgoland trip so that we could go to UNcle Alvin and Aunt Adeline's wedding. Uncle Alvin was a very close family friend so we definitely must not miss this event!

mama wore the agnes B necklace that Auntie Xinyi gave to me for my birthday

as usual, the little girl adored all the flowers and the kind waitress gave her one bunch

interesting march in, with the parents going in before the couple. Xun was bemused as she always thought it was the couple who would march in and asked why did this happen. I told her it was up to the couple. Well, asked her if she would like papa and me to go in before her, it was a resounding NO. ha...guess she liked to be in the limelight on her wedding day.

For the second march in, they did a chirpy dance number. Auntie adeline was really such a groovy dancer, she was usually so meek and sheepish, did not thought she had such a zany side too. ha.

Tong always liked this Thomas polka dotted shirt...sigh...wondered why this guy did not inherit mama's dressy genes.

Aunt Johanna was great company throughout the night, talking to and helping xun

Aunt Liyue was more taken with tong tong, she managed to convince tong to sit on her laps to watch some singing videos on counting ha

The intrigued jie jie joined them for awhile.

Then xun decided that she was full and wanted to amble around the place. Aunt Xiu Ming started throwing petals for her when she walked down the aisle, pretending to be a bride.

Thought xun probably strolled up and down multiple times, the adults, Uncle Erwin, Aunt Johanna and Xiu Ming were really sporting and threw petals every time.

Shots of papa's friends...

Then Auntie Xiu Ming applied her bright red lipstick and planted many smooches on both the kids, tickling them to no end. These two kooky ones.

Trying to have a temasek Hall group shot, only to find the couple hijacked by leaving guests. ha...

Waited for a long time, we were the remaining people...Of course, they never let the couple off, making them drink some strange awful concoctions.

They gamely did so...ha...Uncle Huimin rescued Uncle Alvin by drinking up his glass and Uncle Alvin rescued his bride by drinking hers...orrrr...

Thus that concluded the night's celebration. We prayed that they would experience days of heaven on earth...our blessing for every couple whose dinner we attended...
