After every gathering or playdate, the pile of presents just grew and grew...it was spilling on all sides and taking up an awful lot of space...the kids were anticipating Christmas eagerly, it was at first 20 over days, then suddenly it was down to counting on one hand...and then the eve...
ha jie MUST bestow jun with the halo again
went to Ikea and the children loved lounging on the sofas and beds to take photos
papa and I talked about your future rooms...perhaps we could move to a bigger place in 10 years and each of you could have your own room?
then you could choose your own furniture and furnishings! ha...wondered when you would move out of our bed...
the play corner...hmmm we had the rocking reindeer and tent too...but you liked to play with things when you were outside...
papa allowed you two to open one present on the eve...
jie opened the limited edition box of shopkins...mama did not understand the fuss and fun with these droll figurines...but the two of you could go on for a long time, making up stories about grocery shopping with the Barbie dolls
tong opened his sharkport from Hotwheels, he was fascinated by the colour changers, the Newest toy he had set his eyes on...
jun was having a mental leap at 8 weeks, so he was more clingy and cried more...well...we could not put him down to sleep for very long and had to hug him like a koala bear for long periods of time
oh an old photo of tong...mama's auntie said jun's baby photo was the more beautiful, wondered if jun would turn out even better looking than tong? then jun would surely be drop dead gorgeous, according to the very biased and smug papa
saw this toy on someone's fb and thought of san yi zhang who loved to play such machines
more photos of jun
got to print his photos soon
papa said his colleague commented there were none of his photos at his desk..haha
at ah ma's house with their new favourite toys
and mama snuck out with papa to MBS as mama wanted to buy a Christmas present for herself too! alas, LV did not even carry this design in Singapore outlets.
well...mama was sleeping when papa took care of the kids as they unwrapped presents. had wanted to do a Christmas special, where we could document the presents we got and thank the givers..alas...the kids tore up everything and could not recall which was from whom. ahha oh well...next year then...
would be meeting mama's sisters tm...then it would be the end of year soon...time to think about the three wishes for 2016...wondered what the new year would bring...
but I know...life with the three of you has been such a blessing..through the downs and ups...you have been a tremendous blessing to papa and mama. thank you, Jesus. Thank you, Jesus.
