(4 Dec 15) Gardens by the Bay

So we were settling into our new life with tim tim...on weekdays, we were usually out in the afternoon and would be back in the late afternoon...so we slept relatively earlier at 10 ish, 11pm...and life was awesome, as papa always said.

jie found some pretty hairclips and dolled herself up

tong wanted to take a selfie as usual

ha, xun was up earlier on one morning and we found the boys sleeping in the same posture...giggles

oh mama's students (Ellisha and Ekin) and their family came to visit us! So cool

went to Daiso to buy a replacement for tong's Mcqueen towel. He was being a perfectionist as usual, his old towel had a tiny, rather miniscule hole and he wanted a new one.

ha you two loved the tassel...Christmas décor was always alluring and fun to look at

ah...the kids simply adored tim. Xun loved to play with Ellisha though she was of the same age as Ellina!  Ha. Very enjoyable time, they were sad to leave and Aunt Angi invited us to go to their house next week! YAYYY.

Gardens by the Bay

Papa came back from India. We were supposed to go to Gardens by the Bay together, but we had to go without him since he had to go back to the office.

oooo the wishing spheres! We had favour, the staff gave a blank ball to Xun and we decorated the entire globe, when people usually just wrote on one portion.

Xun wrote "I love Jesus. I do not want bad people to come here. I want to see a rainbow." She was rather affected

ah the cool interior again...and decked in such Christmas splendour...

we were definitely putting our membership to good use, next up, the Chinese New Year theme in February!

ah, finally a shot of all of us

they even had a carousel there!

all the decorations were so beautiful...mama loved to admire the flowers and set ups, but the two of you seemed more keen to go and play at the interactive wall games

never caught a live choir performance this year, perhaps next year we should go and listen to one?

orrr, they commented that it could be our family but we still needed one more to represent jun jun

there were so many photo spots, one was spoilt for choice

of course, jie jie was the one who liked to take pictures...well...when you grew up, someday when mama and papa were not around, maybe you could look at these photos and relish those days when...there was lots of merrymaking...carefreeness...and you would smile and thank us for giving you a wonderful childhood

yeah...coz we were out and about having fun most of the time! ha even with jun jun, nothing daunted us, public transport was our best friend! with the downtown line, we could go anywhere in a flash now.

xun and tong would always lament that papa was not here...but mama would turn it into a joke and say we could tease papa that we were always having fun without him and he would feign sadness

wished we had a fireplace like this too

oh russian dolls...if only there was a 5th doll and it would be like our family!

having a snack while mama fed jun

the boy took a fancy to polo ralph clothes...ha, he called it his horsey clothes

went to cloud dome this time too...it was sure chilly inside

as usual, the jie loved to pick up flowers

we called it the lion mouth's gate

she pretended to be a vampire with the two gummies

now there was a Macdonald at Gardens by the bay. Finally an affordable eatery.

was so quaint dining by the windows, looked as if we were at some country house in England

a pity we did not stay to see the light up at night, how spectacular it would be

a picture of papa and jun...papa's littlest baobei.
