(7 Sep Sat) San Yi's new house at Seng Kang!

Stepped into the house and be awed by the modern sleek design in bold flashy colours of Red, black and white! It was totally...san yi's style...Loud and flamboyant...

papa bought you this new mermaid from River Safari and you adored her... to the extent of abandoning your bear at home when forced to make a choice of bringing only one toy...ha...you and bear in matching wear given by Auntie Mambo...

The entire wall had a feature wall...like piano keys!

A display area for the boxes and boxes of Rilakuma toys that San yi and Yi Zhang had amassed over the courting years...

San Yi was a really resourceful and shrewd person. She managed to squeeze such a lot of works out of the contract...well..er yi used the same designer and she mush have been an easy customer...you know er yi, she was ever so easy going and gentle...heh..papa and I always talked about how the spouses we married would complement us...like meek and sweet natured er yi with the laid back and good natured er yi zhang...the strong-willed and decisive san yi with the energetic and wacky san yi zhang...ermm....

except mama was exceptionally intelligent and papa was...*guffaws* ok...kidding...just that papa was not academically inclined, he went around boasting to his friends that while he only got a second lower in uni, he had got a brilliant wife who got first class...the weird thing was...his friends really remembered those words for many many years..recently, his army friends came to our house and they made mention to it again...Hmmm...

San yi zhang's room. One wall was painted blue. The decal asked, "has the laundry been done yet?" san yi bought these from taobao, a china website, and did her own shipping. She was exceptionally resourceful and enterprising. I thought mama was pretty resourceful, so was wai po...maybe it ran in the genes... I wished you would inherit such traits too!

Well, you liked this purple room. This was san yi's room, purple curtains, purple sofa and purple book shelf...alright, white mostly with one purple alcove...

 Bedroom...when we were there, the mattress was not put down yet so we could not let you roll on them...well...you had blessed a few of papa's friends with kids after rolling on their beds..hahaha

San yi slimmed down so much..her face was sharp and defined...vs the chubby xun xun...ahhahah...san yi zhang felt you have had a growth spurt, he thought you were really lanky...well...mama surely hoped you would be tall and lanky like a model...wooooo.....I wondered where did the tall genes come from? Prob waipo's side...

The ginormous sofa which could accommodate all 6 of us adults and two kids...

Well, it was a lovely house. I marvelled at how low the renovation cost was! $28k for all the wallpaper, feature wall and carpentry! It was really impressive. Well...looking forward to the wedding on 6 oct! You and tong would be the flower girl and page boy, tong's first attempt, it should be fun : )
