(Sep 13) Tong had a hair cut!

After much nagging from wai po about how scruffy tong's hair had become, we finally made a trip to the hairdressers! A shot of the kids in stripes, I thought they looked awesome in matching wear : )

Xun had been the ever diligent sister, teaching tong how to say sentences. She would go, "Tong tong, say... (word)" and Tong would follow obligingly. Ha, Tong had been really cheeky and showing his funny bone. Recently, he seemed to have a kick out of teasing people. He would get into the car seat and closed his eyes and pretended to be asleep. Dad and xun would go, "tong tong dont sleep!" and he would chuckle merrily.

We patronized this budget hair salon on the top floor of the plaza, a child's haircut only cost $6, There were two persons ahead of us so the kids started playing silly games, like pressing their faces against the glass panels.

I used to carry tong tong when he had a hair cut. This time round, the auntie gave him a booster seat. Well, he looked like he was a big grown up boy. I remarked, "xun, tong is all grown up! He is almost ready to get married!" ha...

He was pretty still for the initial part and only started fidgeting towards the end. I must say, the auntie was rather skillful, she did it in a jiffy and Tong looked really handsome and neat after that.

Papa posted a photo of the dashing Tong and put some self-praising comments that attracted some rather hilarious replies...oh well...I suppose they must have thought papa was a secure person and would not mind the teasing...

Many people say 1) tong is very handsome, especially with the new haircut and 2) he really looks like his daddy. I wonder what's the natural conclusion from these 2 statements? Hmmm... — feeling great with Yiting Lu

Yeah yeah, Love you little tong tong. You are Mummy's little Casanova. You always attract compliments from aunties and are so charming and endearing in your ways. I love to hug the rotund you and kissed and smelled you. Love you to bits.
